​1. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

​Orders over 250 zł: Standard shipping is FREE.

​Orders under 250 zł: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected delivery method (e.g., InPost, DPD, or Poczta Polska).

​2. Processing & Delivery Times

​Processing Time: Most orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

​Estimated Delivery: Once shipped, delivery usually takes 1–3 business days within Poland. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

​3. No Cash on Delivery (COD)

​To ensure the security and efficiency of our deliveries, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

​All orders must be pre-paid via our online payment gateway before we can process them for shipping.

​4. Order Tracking

​Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your parcel’s journey.

​5. Cancellations Before Shipping

​We allow order cancellations as long as the parcel has not yet been dispatched.

​We are not responsible for packages that are lost due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer. Please double-check your details before finalizing your order!
