1. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
Orders over 250 zł: Standard shipping is FREE.
Orders under 250 zł: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected delivery method (e.g., InPost, DPD, or Poczta Polska).
2. Processing & Delivery Times
Processing Time: Most orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Estimated Delivery: Once shipped, delivery usually takes 1–3 business days within Poland. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
3. No Cash on Delivery (COD)
To ensure the security and efficiency of our deliveries, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
All orders must be pre-paid via our online payment gateway before we can process them for shipping.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your parcel’s journey.
5. Cancellations Before Shipping
We allow order cancellations as long as the parcel has not yet been dispatched.

Once the tracking number is generated and the package is with the courier, we can no longer cancel the order.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging our jewelry to prevent damage. However, if your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please take a photo/video immediately and contact us within 3 days.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer. Please double-check your details before finalizing your order!
